1. General Provisions

1.1 Acceptance and Approval

By using the DeepTelve mobile application ("Application") and deeptelve.com website ("Website"), you declare that you have read, understood and accepted all of these terms of use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

1.2 Service Description

DeepTelve is a service that generates entertainment-oriented fortune readings from coffee cup photos using artificial intelligence technology. Our service provides:

• Coffee cup photo analysis
• Personalized fortune readings
• Voice fortune readings (TTS - Text to Speech)
• Credit system and rewarded advertising services
• Fortune history storage
• Multi-language support

1.3 Age Restriction

You must be at least 13 years old to use our service. Users aged 13-18 can use the service with parental/guardian consent.

2. Entertainment Service and Disclaimer

2.1 Nature of the Service

Fortune readings provided by DeepTelve:

• Are for entertainment purposes only and should not form the basis of real-life decisions
• Are not future predictions and carry no certainty
• Are not scientific and are generated by artificial intelligence algorithms
• Require personal interpretation and make no claim to objective reality
• Voice versions also carry the same entertainment-oriented nature

3. Credit System and Rewarded Ads

3.1 Credit System

DeepTelve uses a credit system for fortune services:

• New users start with 3 free fortune rights
• Each fortune request consumes 1 credit
• Voice fortune service (TTS) requires an additional 1 credit
• Credits can be earned by watching rewarded ads or purchasing

3.2 Rewarded Ads

Rules regarding the rewarded advertising system:

• You can watch a maximum of 2 rewarded ads per day
• Each ad earns 1 credit
• You must watch ads completely
• Ad content is provided by third-party providers
• Watching ads is not mandatory

3.3 Credit Usage Terms

• Credits are non-transferable and non-refundable
• Credits are lost when account is deleted
• Credits have no expiration date
• Credits may be cancelled in case of system abuse

4. Liability Limitations

4.2 Damage Limitation

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DeepTelve's total liability shall not exceed the fees you paid in the last 12 months related to the claim.

4.3 Third Party Services

Our service uses OpenAI, Firebase and other third-party providers. We are not responsible for interruptions, errors or data loss from these services.

5. User Obligations

5.1 Account Security

Users undertake to:

• Keep account information secure
• Not share passwords with others
• Report account security breaches immediately
• Provide accurate and up-to-date information

5.2 Prohibited Behaviors

5.3 Content Obligations

You are fully responsible for the photos you upload and the information you provide. Your content must:

• Not be illegal, harmful or disturbing
• Not violate the rights of others
• Be accurate and not misleading

6. Intellectual Property Rights

6.1 DeepTelve's Rights

All intellectual property rights including the application, website, logos, designs, text content, algorithms and software codes belong to Senkron Yazılım Bilişim Hizmetleri.

6.2 User Content

You own the rights to the photos and personal information you upload. However, you grant us a limited license to process, store and analyze this content so we can provide the service.

6.3 Usage License

You are granted a limited, revocable, non-transferable license for personal and non-commercial use only.

7. Service Changes and Termination

7.1 Service Changes

DeepTelve may, at any time and without notice:

• Modify, update or improve its service
• Remove certain features
• Make price changes
• Update service terms

7.2 Account Termination

We may terminate your account without warning in the following cases:

• Violation of these terms
• Engaging in illegal activities
• Abusing the service
• Long periods of inactivity

7.3 Service Suspension

DeepTelve reserves the right to suspend the service partially or completely. In this case, we will notify you in advance whenever possible.

8. Payment and Refund

8.1 Pricing

Some features may be paid. Prices are clearly stated in the application and your consent is obtained before payment.

8.3 Auto-Renewal

Subscription services are automatically renewed. When you want to cancel, you can do so from the app settings or platform store.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

The processing of your personal data is regulated under our Privacy Policy. By using our service, you are deemed to have accepted our privacy policy.

9.1 Data Security

We take technical measures for the security of your data, but we cannot guarantee 100% security. We are not responsible for damages arising from data loss or security breaches.

10. Legal Provisions

10.1 Applicable Law

This contract is subject to the laws of the Republic of Turkey and is under the jurisdiction of Turkish courts.

10.2 Dispute Resolution

Disputes that may arise will first be tried to be resolved amicably, and if they cannot be resolved, Istanbul courts and enforcement offices will be competent.

10.3 Invalidity of Provisions

The invalidity of any of these terms does not affect the validity of other provisions.

11. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or service interruptions caused by events beyond our control such as natural disasters, war, terrorist attacks, internet outages, government decisions.

12. Terms Changes

We reserve the right to change these terms of use at any time. Significant changes will be notified to you by:
