DeepTelve is a service that generates entertainment-oriented fortune readings from coffee cup photos using artificial intelligence technology. Our service provides:

All readings, follow-up answers and voice readings in DeepTelve are generated by artificial intelligence from the symbols in a coffee cup, solely for entertainment. The content does not predict the future, is not based on real persons or events, and is not a basis for health, legal, financial or personal decisions. The app shows this disclosure on first use; by continuing, the user accepts it together with these Terms of Service. The readings are not fortune-telling performed by any person and make no such claim.

All intellectual property rights including the application, website, logos, designs, text content, algorithms and software codes belong to DeepTelve Technology Inc.
You own the rights to the photos and personal information you upload. However, you grant us a limited license to process, store and analyze this content so we can provide the service.
You are granted a limited, revocable, non-transferable license for personal and non-commercial use only.

DeepTelve reserves the right to suspend the service partially or completely. In this case, we will notify you in advance whenever possible.
Some features may be paid. Prices are clearly stated in the application and your consent is obtained before payment.
Important: Due to the nature of digital services, refunds cannot be made after fortune readings are delivered. Evaluation is only made in case of technical errors.
Subscription services are automatically renewed. When you want to cancel, you can do so from the app settings or platform store.
The processing of your personal data is regulated under our Privacy Policy. By using our service, you are deemed to have accepted our privacy policy.
We take technical measures for the security of your data, but we cannot guarantee 100% security. We are not responsible for damages arising from data loss or security breaches.
This contract is subject to the laws of the Republic of Turkey and is under the jurisdiction of Turkish courts.
Disputes that may arise will first be tried to be resolved amicably, and if they cannot be resolved, Istanbul courts and enforcement offices will be competent.
The invalidity of any of these terms does not affect the validity of other provisions.
